Mahalo to Congresswoman Kimberlyn King-Hinds of the Northern Mariana Islands and her team for meeting with us during our visit to Washington, D.C., and for standing with families across our nation in the fight against Alzheimer's.

We are grateful for Congresswoman King-Hinds' support of the bipartisan ASAP Act, which would expand access to simple blood tests that can help detect Alzheimer's biomarkers earlier, opening the door to earlier diagnosis, earlier treatment, and better outcomes.

Because every family deserves to understand, plan, access support, and navigate this disease with hope.

Today we celebrate Coby Chock and his work anniversary with the Alzheimer's Association – Hawaiʻi.

Coby has been a relentless champion for families impacted by Alzheimer's and dementia, helping to drive meaningful policy change while empowering advocates across Hawaiʻi and the Pacific to share their stories and make their voices heard.

His passion, dedication, and commitment to our mission have helped advance efforts like the HANAI Memory Network, the ASAP Act, and so many other initiatives that are improving the lives of those we serve.

Coby, thank you for your leadership, your heart, and your unwavering belief that together we can create a better future for families facing Alzheimer's. We are incredibly grateful to have you on our team.

Happy work anniversary and mahalo for all that you do!

💜 What an incredible week of advocacy on Capitol Hill!

Mahalo to all of our Hawaiʻi advocates who came together to help turn Capitol Hill purple and elevate the voices of those impacted by Alzheimer's and other dementias. Through meaningful conversations with members of Congress and their staff, we shared the urgent need for continued action to advance research, improve care and support, and address the growing impact of this disease.

This week, our advocates met with the offices of Congressman James C. Moylan, U.S. Representative Jill Tokuda, Congressman Ed Case, Congresswoman Aumua Amata, Congresswoman Kimberlyn King-Hinds, and Senator Brian Schatz to discuss key Alzheimer's and dementia priorities, including the ASAP Act.

While there is still much work ahead, we are encouraged by the engagement and thoughtful discussions that took place throughout the week. Every meeting, every story shared, and every advocate who showed up helped strengthen our movement and bring us one step closer to a world without Alzheimer's.

Thank you to everyone who took part in this important advocacy effort. Together, we are making a difference and continuing the fight to . 💜
