Motorcycle, Scooter, and Moped Safety at HDOT Hawaii Department of Transportation Highway Vehicle Safety - Safe Communities Program Just safe behaviors on the part of drivers and riders.

To create safety awareness in the general community on how to share the road and promote safe riding habits for motorcycles, scooters and mopeds. Please note that this is NOT about DMV or Engineering(road/structure/infrastructure) problems/issues/suggestions. Once in a while, there are notes regarding these areas but only as they pertain to encouraging safe behaviors and alternatives to unsafe/illegal public road usage by the public.
