August 1st pre-testing program will allow Hawai’i travelers to avoid quarantine. Will need to take a COVID test within 72 hours prior to arriving with negative results. If it’s not done visitors will need to do the 14 day quarantine in Hawaii.

Poho’iki May be spared. Perhaps Ailā’au & Pele came to an agreement to preserve Keahialaka which is where Pele first came when she arrived to Hawaii Island.

For some who don’t know Ailā’hau he was here before Pele arrived. He is known to the Hawaiians as the forest eater.

June 12th Fissure 8 still pumping a lava fountain as high as 160’ no end to Pele’s construction as she builds her aina.

Land swap on the table for discussion, State Sen. Russell Ruderman, of Puna shares his thoughts. Here's how he says the land swap would work: "If you had an acre in Leilani that was overrun by lava, state takes possession of that," he said. "You, in exchange, get access to another lot in a safer place ideally pre-lava value of that lot is what the state credits you and it could go toward purchasing this new lot in part or in total."
