QUICK TIP: Throw a dinner party. Instead of going out to eat take the energy efficient and less expensive route and have your friends over for a potluck or cookout. Since it takes less energy to prepare the food (oven, stove, grill) and less energy to enjoy the food (electricity for lighting), eating together in a large group is more sustainable than eating separately.
