Castle High School Jr. Medical Reserve Corps The mission of the Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) is to engage volunteers to strengthen public health, emergency response and community resiliency. The Jr.

MRC program is a partnership between the Oahu Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) and Hawaii Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA). Participation in the program allows students to contribute towards the advancement of public health priorities such as prevention of injury and disease, improving public health emergency preparedness and promoting health literacy.
