The **Eagles Youth Basketball Camp** is almost here, and spots are going fast!

Join Eagles coaches, club coaches, and current HRV players for a **fun, high-energy 3-day camp** where players will build skills and confidence on the court.

📅 **June 11–13 (Thursday–Saturday)**

⏰ Camp Times:
• Grades K–4: **9:00–11:00 AM**

• Shooting

Join our Jr. Guard Program and start building the skills, confidence, and knowledge every future lifeguard needs!

Throughout the program, participants will:
✅ Learn CPR techniques taught in lifeguard training
✅ Gain hands-on water safety experience
✅ Practice CPR & First Aid skills
✅ Learn real water rescue techniques
✅ Build confidence and prepare for future Lifeguard Certification courses

This is the perfect opportunity for young swimmers to develop leadership, responsibility, and lifesaving skills in a fun and supportive environment.

🥏 NEW PROGRAM ALERT: Summer Youth 5v5 Ultimate Frisbee League!
Looking for something fun, fast-paced, and team-focused this summer? Come give Ultimate Frisbee a try!
Ultimate is a non-contact sport played with a frisbee on a field with end zones—it’s like a mix of football, basketball, and soccer… and a ton of fun! Players score by catching the disc in the end zone, and the game emphasizes sportsmanship through “Spirit of the Game.”

👦👧 Who: 3rd–12th Grade (2026–2027 school year)
• Elementary: Grades 3–5
• Middle School: Grades 6–8
• High School: Grades 9–12
📅 League Schedule:
• Practices: Mondays
• Games: Wednesdays
• July 6 – July 29
• Tentative Times: 5:00–8:00 PM
👥 Register as a Team:
• 7–10 players per team
• Team organizer serves as coach
• $200 per team
• Minimum of 4 teams per division needed

This 3-day Track & Field Camp is packed with:

This summer, Hood River Valley Water Polo is welcoming athletes of all skill levels to the pool at the Hood River Aquatic Center! Whether your child is trying water polo for the first time or already has experience, our program is designed to help players grow, compete, and have fun. 🤽‍♀️💦

⚾ Who: Men 18+
📅 Game Days: Sundays, Aug 9 – Sept 20
