Beware: If you are using Ring cameras: the company has the right to provide YOUR recorded surveillance footage to law enforcement without a warrant or your consent. While we always support our local police stations, this particular move is problematic on many levels.

Amazon's smart-doorbell company, Ring, has provided surveillance footage to law enforcement without a warrant or the consent of doorbell-owners 11 times this year alone, according to a letter Amazon (AMZN) sent to Congress earlier this month.

If you are using WIFI cameras please be VERY careful! WIFI cameras have never been the best option if security is your main goal, but now criminals are going one step further. We try to always use hardwired cameras, and IF we have a situation where a WIFI camera is required we always use devices that have SD cards internally for storage.

We updated our Technician area by building two new multi-level benches, specifically for testing equipment & setting up new jobs/projects! Our techs always test & program ALL equipment before we ever set foot on a job, and now they will have even more space & resources to make sure we're 100% prepared for any install.

We're so happy for our client and friends at NH Eye Associates! Yesterday they had their grand opening, for the incredible new building in Manchester. It was a long process but well worth it once you see the finished product. We're proud to be keeping their building, doctors and customers safe. The Mayor Joyce Craig herself was there to help honor the event. Congrats to all!

Every Tuesday morning we have Tuesday Tech Training here at the office. This morning our techs were working on programming a new Access Control panel we received, as a demo for our office. Even as a sales person I find these sessions incredibly beneficial.
