A statewide Arson Hotline, (800) 252-2947, has been established so citizens can anonymously provide information about a suspicious fire that has occurred — or may occur.

🔥 Arson puts lives, homes, businesses, and first responders at risk.
👀 If you see suspicious activity, report it.
📞 Tips can remain anonymous.

We are the voices you hear in the dark and the calm in the chaos. We are the first ‘first responders’. This week, Vermilion County 911 joins the nation in celebrating National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week.

While you may never see their faces, our dispatchers are the heartbeat of public safety— answering the call 24/7/365 to keep our community and our first responders safe. These professionals handle the toughest moments with grace, precision, and courage.

🚒 2026 is approaching quickly!

Hoopeston Fire Department Cash Bash tickets will be available January 1st.

After much consideration, we have decided not to have a band following the Cash Bash and will be hosting the bash only.

Thanks to your incredible support, we were able to celebrate our 100th Fireman’s Ball last year, and we are truly grateful for that milestone.

We look forward to seeing everyone at the Cash Bash with food, drinks, and as always Larry Baughn will provide the entertainment.
