Hoopeston Public Pool

Hoopeston Public Pool Hoopeston Public Pool is located in McFerren Park in Hoopeston, IL, and is truly a jewel to the community.

The pool features a depth ranging from 3 feet to 13 feet, low dive, and high dive. Recently also had a new addition of a splash pad, enjoyable for kids of all ages. Hoopeston Swimming Pool strives to provide the safe environment for all. With ADA accessible changing rooms and showers, changing tables, a PAL2 lift chair, and a brand new ADA compliant staircase to enter the pool, we are happy to welcome patrons of all ages and abilities!

Due to low attendance, the pool will close at 2:00pm today (Saturday 8/15). There is a private party this evening.
The pool will reopen tomorrow at 12:00pm for the last day of the season!!!

3:30 update—The lightning delay is almost finally over, but the drear and drizzle is not. We have decided to remain closed the rest of the day. See you tomorrow!
8-12 LAST DAY OF FREE SPLASHPAD
10-12 Adult/Lap Swim
12-5 Open Swim

1:30 Thurs. Aug 13, lightning is within 15 miles and there is no one in the pool so we are preemptively closing it. Watch here if you’re hoping to get a swim later. We will let you know if we are able to reopen.

The pool is beautiful and practically empty right now. Storms will be here in a few hours so if you’re wanting to get a swim in, I suggest coming soon.
