Small businesses are the heartbeat of Hoover, and the Hoover Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to partner with the Jefferson County Micro Business Accelerator to launch the Hoover Chamber of Commerce Accelerator.

This opportunity is designed for businesses that have been operating for three years or more, filed taxes the previous year, have nine or fewer employees, and want to increase their revenue and grow their business.

We are already seeing real impact. One example is Noir, a new innovative business opening at the Hoover Library on June 10th. The owners are graduates of the Jefferson County Micro Business Accelerator, and their success reflects what can happen when businesses receive the right support and resources.

What a wonderful evening at our Women’s Business & Leadership Council event! 💙

The room was filled with incredible energy, meaningful conversations, and engaged attendees who came ready to connect, learn, and grow. Adrienne McCollum-Smith delivered a powerful message on finding balance amidst the demands of life and leadership, reminding us all of the importance of stepping back, prioritizing our mental wellness, and giving ourselves grace during stressful seasons.
