One thing I’ve learned in caregiving:

At 97 years old, large meals can feel overwhelming instead of comforting. Smaller, peaceful meals are often easier, more enjoyable, and less stressful.

Holistic caregiving is not just about feeding seniors — it’s about understanding how they feel.
