Come see The Warblers on Wednesday, April 30. Showtime is 7 PM and tickets are only $30.

The Warblers Club is a men's chorus whose roots originated with the 1929 boys' glee club of Woodlawn High School in Birmingham. In the mid-1970s the Warblers ceased to exist and in 1988 a group of Woodlawn Warblers alumni reformed the chorus for a reunion show held at the Alabama Theatre.

Today the membership includes many men who participated with the Warblers during their high school days. Music performed by the Warblers includes traditional, spiritual, religious and patriotic numbers. In 2029 the club looks forward to celebrating its 100th anniversary!

The Friends invite you to this year's fundraiser of the Warblers. Tickets are available by visiting the box office, online at thelibrarytheatre.com or by calling (205) 444-7888.
