🐝 We've got some busy, busy bees buzzing around our garden!

As bees visit flowers in search of nectar, they help carry pollen from one flower to another. This process, called pollination, helps many plants grow and reproduce, making bees an important part of healthy gardens and ecosystems. 🌼🌿

So when you see these guys buzzing around, they're just on their way to work! 💼

Hiking isn’t just great exercise — it’s a great way to bond with your dog, explore new places together, and enjoy the outdoors side by side 🐾

And let’s be honest… it’s also the perfect way to get those zoomies out before they happen in your living room later!

When hiking with your pet:

💧 Bring plenty of water & treats to keep them hydrated and motivated.

🐶 All dogs must be on a leash, it's the law! Keeping your dog leashed helps protect wildlife, other hikers, and your pup too.

☀️ If the ground is too hot for your hand, it’s too hot for their paws!

🗑 Bring waste bags! Cleaning up after your pet keeps the park clean. Leave nothing but paw prints 🐾

☀️ Memorial Day Weekend Update ☀️

To help accommodate holiday travelers and late arrivals, the office will be open from 10 AM–6 PM on Friday, May 22.

Just a few friendly reminders:
🕛 Check-in and check-out for campsites and group campsites are at 12 PM.
🕑 Check-in for shelters is at 2 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM.
💤 Quiet hours are from 10 PM–6 AM.
❌ Alcohol and smoking are not permitted.
🐶 Pets are only allowed on Campsites 27, 28, 29, 34, 35, and 36. Proof of an up-to-date rabies vaccination is required at check-in.
🪵 Firewood is available for purchase at the park office.

🏕️ Group Campsite A:
✔️ Accommodates up to 25 people
✔️ Maximum of 15 vehicles

🏕️ Group Campsite B:
✔️ Accommodates up to 40 people
✔️ Maximum of 20 vehicles

Both group campsites include a pit toilet, bear box, picnic tables, campfire rings, lantern hooks, and plenty of space for tents—everything you need for a comfortable group camping experience.

📝 Please note: Pets are not allowed on group sites, and alcohol and smoking are prohibited.

Whether you’re roasting marshmallows, telling stories by the fire, or simply escaping into nature, we’ve got the space for your next adventure! 🌙🌲
