MONTHLY FOOD DISTRIBUTION

The Club’s first food distribution was held the second Saturday in March 2021. We have now completed 5 years and started on the 6th year.

We are grateful beyond words that we have not missed a single month of providing food items to our community
in the past 5 years. Some months have been cold. Some hot. Some wet. Some icy. Al have been beautiful in their own way. The need is always there and we are grateful to be able to serve.

Thank you to everyone who contributes and participates in our fundraising efforts to fund this service. Thank you to the Hope Noon Lions for its financial support. Thank you to the club members who give of their time and effort each month.

We look forward to continuing to provide food items to our community on the 2nd Saturday of each month.

CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

April 1 - the Club hosted the weekly Coffee

April 13 - the Club was represented at the Chamber’s annual banquet by Judee Gunter, Pat Harris, Sheila Key, Gale Perry and Margaret Moss. Judee Gunter gave a sincere and thoughtful thank you for receiving the 2025 Non-Profit of the Year Award and then passed the torch to the 2026 recipient. Congratulations to the Hope Rotary Club.

Monday night’s program was presented by Hope Public Schools Superintendent, Dr Crossley. He was introduced by club member, Margaret Moss.

Dr Crossley presented detailed information about the proposed 5 mill increase in property taxes He asked for input and opinions from club members. Everyone present was able to discuss and ask pertinent questions. Everyone is encouraged to vote.
