The Hopewell Harvest Fair board of trustees would like to invite you to our annual Open House! 🍂

When: Sunday, February 8, 2pm - 4pm
Where: Hopewell Presbyterian Church, Fellowship Hall, 80 W Broad St, Hopewell, NJ 08525

Every year, an all-volunteer team of local Hopewell residents pools their talents, plans and organizes for months, and ultimately puts on the beloved Harvest Fair on a Saturday in September. Each year, it takes the effort of the entire board of trustees, along with a group of committee volunteers (focused on specific parts of the fair), and a host of fair-day volunteers to make this a successful event.

And we need your help! Every year there is turnover in our volunteer group. Former volunteers move away, board members retire and move on to other activities — and all that talent and effort needs to be replaced.

We are working hard to strengthen our year over year succession plan and capture more of the annual work in a well-documented process. Please come join us on Sunday, February 8 to see how you can contribute to another successful Harvest Fair this year.

Unable to make it but still interested? Email [email protected] to learn how to get involved or visit our website (https://www.hopewellharvestfair.org/) for more information. And if you know someone who may be interested in joining us on February 8th, please share the invite on - the more the merrier!
