Route Collection: we will be running on a slight delay this week. Due to the observance of the Labor Day holiday. We will be working on extended hours to get everyone caught up and back on a normal schedule. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Collection PSA: we just wanted to take a second to let everyone know that we will be running later than normal for a few days. We have had a mechanical break down with our truck. We will be using another truck once that crew has completed their route.

Thanks for the understanding as we are hoping for a fairly quick fix and be back on schedule soon.

PSA: Route collection

Due to the excessive heat some our residential crews will be starting early the next couple weeks. Please place your containers out the night before if possible, to avoid missing the trucks. We appreciate your understanding and help. When the temps and the heat index drops back off, we will resume normal collection times.

Collection PSA:
Hopkinsville Solid Waste will be operating on a normal collection schedule for the upcoming July 4th holiday. We will be starting collection early on Friday. Crews will begin collection at 4 am, so we ask that everyone places their Containers curbside the night before on July 3rd so that we can ensure that everyone gets picked up. We want to wish everyone a safe and wonderful Holiday weekend and thanks for your cooperation. Please remember to let all dispersed fireworks cool completed before placing them in your container to prevent an accidental container fire.

Route Collection P.S.A
We will be closed Next Monday May26th in Observance of Memorial Day. Please be place your recycling Containers out on your normal collection day. We will begin Tuesday morning on Monday's route once done will be begin on Tuesday route. We will be working extended hours throughout the week to get everyone taken care of and everyone back on their normal schedule. We hope that everyone has a wonderful Holiday weekend.

PSA : due to the inclement weather and flooding we have decided to close.we will start back up Monday morning and will start running Monday routes and then falling back to Fridays route. We will continue this all week till we are caught up. We will be running extended hours next week starting Monday.

We will be operating on a normal
Scheduled in the morning. We will start on Wednesdays routes and once completed we will move on to Thursday routes . Please if you’re on a normal Thursday collection please go ahead and have your containers out for collection. Please pass this along and share it across the board. We will be working extended hours to get everyone taken care of . Thanks as always for your support and understanding.

We will be closed tomorrow Wednesday February 19th due to the inclement weather. We will keep everyone updated. We will be running extended hours and have extras on routes when we are able to start collections. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
