Today June 2nd at 4 p.m.-Candidate filing deadline: last day to file any petition, certificate, statement, or nomination papers that must be filed by the first Tuesday after the first Monday in June preceding the election for the office sought.

Thursday June 4th at 2 p.m.-Christian County Board of Elections will be in session for the purpose of a drawing for ballot positioning for all non-partisan races that have opposition to determine the order in which candidates will appear on the November 2026 ballot. This drawing is open to the public. KRS 118.225(2),(3) KRS 118A.090(1).

Update....hand-to-eye count audit has been completed. All ballots and tally tapes were reviewed for accuracy, which concluded that there were no discrepancies in the results.

Good Afternoon…..

As a reminder, our office will release local election results the same way we did in the Presidential Elections in 2024.

Once we have all of the voting centers reported in, we will print a cumulative report which will include results from absentee, early voting and election day.
This will ensure that all results are accurately posted .

We will post those results on our page and our website.
