Last Call: Hopkinton Fort Jackson Fire, Tri Town Rescue, and Car 36 were activated to respond to the intersection of State Highway 11b and 72 for a 2 car motor vehicle accident with possible serious personal injury. First arriving units used hydraulic tools to extricate the victim while other units provided traffic control. We thank you for your patience this morning if you were travelling on 11b. We especially appreciate our mutual aid companies like Tri Town Rescue, Parishville Fire/Rescue, and NY State Police for their stellar assistance this morning.

Last Call: Hopkinton Fort Jackson Fire, Tri Town Rescue, and Car 36 were activated to a reported outside fire on County Route 49. First arriving units found a fast moving wind driven outside fire and initiated fire attack. Thank you to Nicholville Fire for responding mutual aid with tankers. A reminder that the state burn ban is in effect and that no outside burning is permitted.

We normally love seeing the warm sun poke through the winter skies, today is not one of those days. Might not be the best day for snowmobiling, but it is always a great day to support a local business and help out the Hopkinton Fort Jackson Fire Department. From 4 to 8 tonight we will have members selling 50/50 and raffle tickets. Anyone can purchase an entry to draw cards for the chance to win prizes, no Snowmobile required! Top 3 hands will still get prizes! We will be drawing cards from 4 to 8, we will announce the 3 winning hands and the winning 50/50 at 8 pm tonight at the Outlaw Saloon. Come enjoy some live music and help out your local firemen!
