Our next Equine Program Volunteer Orientation will be held on 🔹Saturday, June 27, 2026. It is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about how you can help support children and families through our equine-assisted services program.

Whether you have horse experience or simply a heart for helping others, there may be a place for you on our team.

“Today is the best day of my life because of y’all.”

We could tell you about the activities, the smiles, the confidence being built, or the connections made. But sometimes a camper says it better than we ever could.

Moments like this are why Camp Phoenix exists.

Thanks to the generosity of our community, campers are overcoming obstacles, building confidence, and discovering just how special they are.

This is more than a camp. It's a day that will change their life. ❤️

Charlie started as a Phoenix Center volunteer, working as an Equine Professional. Her love for horses and our mission made her a perfect fit as our new Barn Assistant! So I guess we could say, "welcome to the team"... but that seems inappropriate, since you have already been such an important part of what we do for a while now! We are every day grateful for your heart and happy spirit!
