🚧 Boise County Road & Bridge – Centerville Road Paving 🚧

Starting Monday, August 10, Boise County Road & Bridge employees from all three county road districts will be working together on Centerville Road to repave the sections where the existing asphalt was removed this week.

🚜 What to Expect

* Boise County crews will be placing new asphalt on Centerville Road.
* Flaggers will be present throughout the active work zone.
* One lane of traffic will remain open at all times.
* Motorists should expect delays and allow extra travel time.

This project is being completed by Boise County Road & Bridge employees and equipment. No city crews are involved in this project.

⚠️ Please slow down, follow the directions of our flaggers, and give employees and heavy equipment plenty of room to work.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation while our crews complete this major improvement to Centerville Road. Please help us keep our employees and the traveling public safe.

🚧 Boise County Road & Bridge – This Week’s Work Schedule 🚧

Our crews continue making improvements to roads throughout Boise County.

🔹 Idaho City Crew

* Continuing full-depth road reclamation on Centerville Road using the RM400.
* The crew is expected to complete the reclamation work by the end of the day Wednesday.
* Once Centerville Road is finished, the RM400 will be moved back to the Idaho City area, where crews will begin reclaiming the existing pavement on the roadway leaving Idaho City in preparation for a new asphalt overlay scheduled for later this August.

🔹 Garden Valley & Horseshoe Bend Crews

* Continuing reconstruction work on Harris Creek Road.
* Crews are hauling and placing material to rebuild sections of roadway that have experienced repeated failures during previous winters.
* In some locations, the roadway is being raised 2 to 3 feet to improve drainage, strengthen the road base, and create a more durable road for the future.

Our crews continue to make improvements to roads throughout Boise County.

🔹 Idaho City Crew
• Continuing full-depth road reclamation with the RM400 on Centerville Road. This process rebuilds the road base to provide a stronger, longer-lasting roadway.

🔹 Garden Valley & Idaho City Crews
• Working together on Harris Creek Road, hauling and placing material to rebuild the roadway. In some locations, crews are raising the road surface by up to 2 feet to improve drainage, strengthen the road base, and provide a safer, more durable driving surface.

Please slow down in work zones, watch for workers and equipment, and expect minor delays while these improvements are underway.
