We pause to remember Michael Shinners, a valued member of the CAI-Georgia community whose life was tragically taken three years ago.

Michael’s passion for education, his infectious smile, and his ability to bring joy through humor left a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. He was someone who truly made a difference, not just professionally, but personally.

As the case reaches its conclusion, we continue to hold Michael’s family, as well as all those affected, including the families of Wesley Freeman and Michael Horne, in our thoughts and prayers.

Michael’s legacy lives on through the countless lives he touched. He will never be forgotten. 💙
