Monkeynastix is a fun and challenging non-competitive exercise and development program for children aged between 1-8 years old. We focus on long term physical, cognitive and social development. A qualified instructor will come to your child's school or public venue to present a class once a week. We currently have instructors in Little Rock, Texarkana, Fort Smith, Fayetville and are rapidly expanding!

We have worked on sports skills , balance , coordination, cardiovascular fitness and had so much fun in the process .
