Piney Fire Protection District IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY DIAL 911, For info about the Fire Department or any questions or concerns call our office during office hours. 9am-5pm Mon-Fri.

Piney Fire District, is a Volunteer Fire Department. This means we are a none staffed Fire Department (Our Fire Fighters are not at our stations 24-7 and have other jobs). The only staffed positions are our Office Secretary, Operations Manager and Operations Assistant. Now a little about our Fire Fighters, many of us have jobs with varying hours and some of which allow us to respond to calls. We h

ave several people that are trained as First Responders that allows us to assist Lifenet when needed on medical calls. We provide Emergency services and some none emergency services. We have five stations and seventeen apparatuses located throughout our service district. If you have any questions about our department please feel free to stop by our office during office hours. Remember EMERGENCIES DIAL 911.

Austin is one of our new rookies been here since December of 2025! He shows an absolute dedication for his community and commitment to training always trying to learn and get better. Hes an extremely promising rookie and we look forward to seeing where he makes it in the fire service!🫡

Piney had 3 participants in this 80 hour investigator class that are now certified investigators. That makes 5 certified investigators in the Piney fire protection community!! Thank you guys!!🫡🫡 Sean Baker , Charles Graf, Gary Rutledge

Meet your firefighter of the month for april!!!!!! Charles Graf III has been a major part of this department for better than a decade. He is highly trained and is a jack-of-all-trades, he can literally fabricate anything. He has been one of the biggest assets to this department moving forward and is a big part of how efficient and well maintained our equipment is!!!! I know I speak for most when I say we could not live without you and look forward two bettering our department and family!!!
