Ashley Hawke, a doctoral student in the Department of Kinesiology & Integrative Physiology, is beginning data collection for her dissertation research and is looking for healthcare workers to participate! Participation entails 3 visits (each 2 hours or less) to the new H-STEM building on campus. The first visit will be a familiarization session to go over study procedures (~1 hour), then visits 2 and 3 will consist of performing patient handling tasks with different pieces of equipment (~2 hours each). Visits will be scheduled based on your availability! This includes early mornings, nights, and weekends. THIS IS A PAID OPPORTUNITY!! Participants will be compensated $150 following completion of the 3 visits. Please reach out to Ashley via email at [email protected] if you are interested in participating! If you don’t fit the criteria, we would appreciate you passing along this information to someone who may be interested!
