We would like to express our sincerest appreciation and thank EVERYONE who contributed towards our annual toy drive to benefit The Aroostook Toys for Tots Campaign. We were able to close our portion of the campaign yesterday with an astounding collection of almost 900 toys! Your contribution was distributed to 163 children from Houlton, Linneus, New Limerick, Ludlow, Monticello, Oakfield, Littleton, Sherman, Island Falls, Amity, Orient, and Danforth.
Donations were down this year, and our last plea for help within the recent days was met with nothing more than a Christmas miracle, and it was all thanks to this dedicated community! You all went above and beyond. We were truly humbled by those of you who answered our plea. Whether sharing our post, donating, or advertising, everyone made the difference! We thank you, and wish you all a very Merry Christmas!
To our crew: It is a pleasure to work with the most caring and dedicated people around. I truly appreciate every crew member that stepped up and got this done. From driving place to place hauling donation boxes, counting, sorting, packaging, standing in the frigid temps to raise funds, etc. You all are amazing, and I am proud to work beside you. Thank you!
