easures Thrift Store, Hope For the Soul, Hope To the Streets, Hope Gardens and Park, and Momentum Teens, the lives of many living in east Houma have been radically changed. Our absolute focus on the well-being of the body, mind and soul of every person we come into contact with and drives us in our pursuit of a real Hope.

Our After-School Program is growing, and we could really use a few more Hope Heroes to come alongside our kids!

📅 Mondays & Tuesdays
⏰ 4:00–5:30 PM

You don’t have to be a teacher or have any special skills. Just come ready to encourage, help with homework, read with a child, and remind them that someone believes in them.

It’s only an hour and a half, but that little bit of your time can make a BIG difference in the life of a child.

We are incredibly grateful to Bayou Community Foundation for believing in Hope Extreme and investing in the work happening right here in our community!

This generous grant will help with much-needed infrastructure and the everyday needs that make Hope Extreme's mission possible. It may not always be the flashy stuff—but it’s the stuff that keeps the doors open, the lights on, the vans moving, and a safe place ready for kids to walk through our doors every single day.
