easures Thrift Store, Hope For the Soul, Hope To the Streets, Hope Gardens and Park, and Momentum Teens, the lives of many living in east Houma have been radically changed. Our absolute focus on the well-being of the body, mind and soul of every person we come into contact with and drives us in our pursuit of a real Hope.

At Hope Extreme, our garden isn’t just growing vegetables—it’s growing people. Every seed planted is a lesson in patience, every sprout is a reminder that growth takes time, and every harvest tells a story of care, consistency, and hope. Our students are getting their hands in the dirt, learning where food comes from, and seeing firsthand that something beautiful can come from what once looked like nothing.
