By becoming a member of SHA, you become a part of a growing group of concerned residents who are dedicated to:
* Preserving and maintaining our property values
* Maintaining the aesthetics of the place we chose to call HOME to raise our families
* Promoting neighborhood "fellowship" in getting to know your neighbors by way of family social gatherings and membership meetings
* Helping to enforc
e violations to the Restrictive Covenants of record as previously set forth
You also gain the following membership privileges:
* A voice as a member of the Sugarwood Homeowners Association (SHA)
* Members only access to additional areas of the web site
* Support and representation from SHA board and committees
* Being part of and supporting an organization that has the best interest of our neighborhood in mind
What do my membership dues get used for? All membership dues collected help to pay for:
* Landscaping and regular maintenance to the front entrance to Sugarwood Subdivision
* Costs incurred for SHA newsletters and meeting notices
* Hosting of this web site and message forums
* Any legal fees which may be incurred in SHA's enforcement to any violations of the restrictive covenants of record
* All monies received are put back into the SHA and our neighborhood
