June is Homeownership Month!

We would like to spotlight a recent partnership with South Central Regional Affordable Community Housing (SCRACH) that supported the development of affordable housing opportunities. TPCG donated an empty lot located at 600 Westview Dr. to SCRACH, a non-profit subsidiary of South Central Planning and Development Commission, with the intention to expand access to safe, decent, and affordable homeownership opportunities to eligible low-income individuals and families in Terrebonne Parish.

This 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom residence is a storm-resilient home, rated for 165 mph winds. It was built with fire-resistent, termite-proof, and rot-resistent materials. This family home features an open layout, modern kitchen, and ample storage. It is now on the market. The value of the lot will be provided to the homebuyer at closing as a mortgage reduction to decrease the principal amount financed to improve housing affordability.

For more information on the property, contact Morgan Davis with Canal & Main at (985) 387-5481.
