When David, the executive director, took over the Port Commission, he saw something others might have missed—the untapped economic potential of our waterways.

Under his leadership, the port has grown to have five times the impact it had at the start. That growth didn't happen by accident. It happened because of vision, commitment, and a deep understanding of what Terrebonne Parish needed to thrive.
