She was wearing a black collar with no tags and, unfortunately, was not microchipped.

UPDATE: Potential adopter🫶

💙🐾 Meet This Handsome Blue-Eyed Boy! 🐾💙

Say hello to ID # 841644, a handsome, big-eared boy with an even BIGGER personality! 🥰 At around 4 months old, this sweet pup is ready to find his forever family and spend his days playing, exploring, snuggling, and making new friends! 🐶❤️

He loves everyone he meets and is always ready for some fun! 🎾🐾 Cats don't bother him 🐱, and when it comes to other dogs, he just wants to PLAY! 🐕💨 As for his people? He'll happily curl up for snuggles 🤗 and do his best to convince you that he deserves ALL the treats! 🦴😋

This little guy has already been through more than any puppy should. 💔 When he came to us as a stray, he was extremely lethargic and in serious condition. Thankfully, our Animal Control Officers stepped in and quite literally saved his life! ❤️‍🩹 Our veterinary team determined he did not have Parvo (thank goodness!), treated his symptoms, and helped him recover from a severe intestinal issue. 🙏

Now he's feeling like himself again and is ready for the next chapter of his story! 🌟

💔 Two Years. Still Waiting. Still Hoping.

Two years.

That’s how long this sweet girl has been sitting at the shelter, watching other dogs find their families while she waits for someone to see what we see in her.

And honestly… why does no one want her?

She is sweet. She is playful. She loves going for walks in the woods, where she can sniff, explore, and simply enjoy being a dog. 🍂🐾

She gets the zoomies and loves to play tag with her person—running, turning around to make sure you’re chasing her, and having the absolute best time. ❤️

She may not be the kind of dog who runs up and immediately trusts every stranger. She needs a little time to get to know you. But once she does?

She loves you with her whole heart.

Two years is far too long for a dog who has so much love and life left to give.

And there’s even more good news: her adoption fee has already been generously covered by a donor. Someone has already invested in giving her a chance. Now she just needs you to give her a home.
