One year old and already wearing a birthday hat like a pro! We love celebrating the milestones and achievements of the families we serve, and turning ONE is a big deal!

Our home visitors love to celebrate birthdays, and they will also be there throughout your child’s first years to track development, answer your parenting questions, and make sure your little one is hitting their milestones. Because every child deserves a healthy start. 💛

Fayette County Public Health offers a full range of support for families:

👶 Family Connects – A free nurse home visit for families with newborns to check on baby and parents and connect you with resources.

🏡 Help Me Grow – Ongoing home visiting for expectant parents and families with young children, offering support, education, and developmental screenings.

🥦 WIC – Nutrition education, healthy foods, and breastfeeding support for pregnant women, infants, and young children.
