Some people leave a job. Others leave a legacy.
We celebrate three extraordinary women whose impact on ACES will be felt for years to come: Mrs. Silverdahl, Mrs. Comerford, and Mrs. Ferguson.
These three legends have spent countless years pouring their hearts into students, supporting colleagues, creating memories, and making our school a better place because they were part of it. Their kindness, dedication, wisdom, and unwavering commitment have helped shape generations of Tigers.
While it is difficult to imagine ACES without them, we know their influence will continue to live on through the students they inspired, the friendships they built, and the traditions they helped create. Their fingerprints are forever woven into the story of our school.
As Mrs. Comerford began singing the words from Kelly Clarkson's Breakaway, it felt like the perfect message for this moment:
"I'll spread my wings and I'll learn how to fly..."
The time has come for these amazing ladies to begin a new adventure, embrace new opportunities, and enjoy all the moments they have so richly earned.
Mrs. Silverdahl, Mrs. Comerford, and Mrs. Ferguson - thank you for your years of service, your love for children, and the countless ways you have made a difference. ACES is stronger because of you.
It may be time to spread your wings and fly away, but a part of you will always remain here with us.
