The friendly staff at the County Clerk's Office records real property documents, prepares election ballots, processes US Passport applications, administers oaths to Notaries Public, and issues Vendor Licenses to veterans and exempt firefighters. The Cape May County Clerk's Office offers a broad range of services to the public including the registration of business trade names in the county for sol

Research property records on line at http://209.204.84.120/ALIS/WW400R.PGM for recent records (1996 to present) and in the County Clerk's Hall of Records and Archives for records going back to the beginning of Cape May County - 1692! The helpful staff of the County Clerk's Election Section is busy year 'round preparing ballots for School, Primary and General and School Elections, processing Mail-In Ballots and posting official election results for each election. Information and assistance is available to candidates and committees. The County Clerk's Office assists residents in obtaining U.S. Passports for identification and foreign travel, administers oaths to Notaries Public and other officers, provides Vendor Licenses to veterans and exempt firefighters and records veterans military discharges. Veterans may obtain a Cape May County Veteran's Photo Identification Card useful for obtaining discounts at participating businesses. County Clerk, Rita Marie Fulginiti performs wedding and cermonies in the County Clerk's Office and around the county by appointment.
