Christmas is a magical time of year for everyone, but more so for children, who anticipate the holiday with great joy and delight visiting under the Christmas tree. de Velasco, saw a need for patients at Texas Children's Hospital to enjoy Christmas just as much as any other child, despite their sickness or failing health. In 2002, Discover the Magic received well over 200 toys, thanks to the count

less supporters and volunteers of the Houston community. The toys, ranging from tricycles to stuffed animals, video games to jigsaw puzzles, where delivered to Texas Children's Hospital where the resident Santa Claus
distributed all the toys. The look in a child's eye when receiving a toy is indescribable and so rewarding! Our goal is to continue providing all the little patients of Texas Children’s Hospital with the magic of Christmas, through the gift of giving. Discover the Magic Toy Drive continues to grow and with your help we can make it more successful with each passing year!

The season of giving is officially here! Our Toy Drive is now underway through December 18, and we’re excited to spread joy together. You can drop off toys at any of our collection sites, or we’re happy to arrange a pickup if you're gathering donations.

Here’s how you can make an impact:
– Donate new, unwrapped toys
– Pick a few gifts from our Amazon Wishlist
– Give online via PayPal. Every contribution is matched by our sponsors to help our elves shop for toys for even more kids
