PTA of North Pointe Elementary

08/18/2026

🌼 NPE PTA has a fun year planned, and we’d love to have you join as a member! Your $12 dues help us fund our programs and provide support to both students and teachers.

🌱 If you’re looking to volunteer, we have plenty of opportunities to do so. But, please don’t worry – joining does NOT sign you up as a volunteer.

🌻 Anyone who’d like to support NPE is welcome to join – grandparents, neighbors, and community members are most welcome, along with parents, teachers, and students!

💻 If you'd like to join, you can do so online at https://www.joinpta.org/

🎫 And, if you join by August 28th, you'll be entered into drawings for several prizes -- see picture for details!

We’re off to a great start already! Between the Lemonade Social yesterday and the Tears and Cheers Breakfast this morning, we have been so happy to get to see and speak to so many new and familiar faces!

Thank you so much to those who volunteered their time at these events, including the amazing student helpers who served the lemonade and cookies. A huge thank you to Red Robin (Baybrook) for donating the lemonade and to Jason’s Deli (Bay Area) for donating the coffee! We are so grateful!

We are very excited for the year ahead and hope everyone has a wonderful first day tomorrow. 🤍

We are excited to relaunch the wonderful WATCH D.O.G.S. (Dads of Great Students) program at North Pointe Elementary this year! To make this a success, we need the help of our amazing community.

Please share the attached flyer with your husbands, partners, or any positive male role models in your children's lives, and encourage them to sign up. This program is a fantastic opportunity for dads, stepdads, grandfathers, uncles, and adult big brothers to get involved and make a meaningful impact at our school.

The time commitment is very flexible. Volunteers do not need to participate every week; even just four hours once a month makes a massive difference. In fact, if we get enough volunteers to join us, we can likely schedule each person just once or twice for the entire school year.

Thank you so much for your support in bringing this program back to our students. Let’s work together to kick things off with a great turnout!

Thank you so much to everyone who contributed to the Back to School Teacher Luncheon on Friday! Thanks specifically to Panda Express and Mint to Brew for their generosity with food and tea, and for several of our families who contributed other food items as well as school supply goodies for giveaways. We’re also grateful for those who volunteered their time to set up and to help serve. We love supporting our incredible teachers and staff who work so hard for our kiddos and are looking forward to a great year ahead! 🤍
