We had a successful "life saving" CPR training class today at our NPOA Clubhouse. Our neighborhood has added 10 homeowners certified in First Aid & CPR; also AED operation. We plan on adding an AED, and CPR kits at our clubhouse for neighborhood emergencies! It was great to see both adults, and kids in attendance!

Our Board is looking at hosting/sponsoring a CPR certification training at our neighborhood clubhouse, and wanted to see how many homeowners would be interested in attending this life saving training? We would need a minimum of 8 students, and with us covering some of the cost, it would only require $20 buy in for each student/attendee. I'm also sure additional people would be welcome to observe the instruction too.

*Our CPR class includes a training session with one of our BLS American Heart accredited instructors. We will cover Adult, Child, and Infant CPR as well as AED and choking training. Your training will include the hands on training, discussion portion, and exam required to get you certified in BLS CPR and AED. So everything will be completed all in one (2) hour class on the same day.

When you book with our company we will include our FREE pass pass guarantee for each student taking the certification class ($100 total value). Which means that everyone taking the class is guaranteed to pass the exam at the end of the course to get your certification card that day.

We will be issuing your cards out the SAME DAY, so no waiting for them to come in.

In addition to the pass pass guarantee we also include a FREE wall certificate with your business name and training date on it.

Training is typically 2-3 hours. We ask that you set aside at least 3 hours for the class but do usually finish before that time frame.

We were working on upgrading some of the greenway & park lighting to newer led technology today. The areas we've upgraded is super bright! Big thanks to Eric A for lending me a hand! Alot of association money is saved with volunteer work every year, and it's much appreciated with all the help we can get! Hope your kids have fun spending time at the park in the evening after it cools down!

I think the owls are liking the new lighting at the park!

We've been updating some of the greenway light pole fixtures to LED. It looks like daylight around the 2 poles we upgraded near the park & pool. Hopefully we will have them all upgraded by June.

I know some neighborhood and community pools are opening with social distancing guidelines and some are remaining closed. What has our community decided about the pool?
Is the pool open yet? Or opening this week end?

PROWLER ALERT: At 4:30am this morning, 12.30.17, my husband looked out our back door towards the garage and saw a tall, 6'-6'1", med to large frame, 190-220lbs, black male, early to mid 30's, wearing a dark, maybe green, jacket and a knit cap, standing near the garage door. The guy turned and saw my husband and said he was "looking for his dog". He left the driveway while my husband grabbed a jacket and walked outside. He saw a car on Bob White Dr. near the entrance of the subdivision facing W. Bellfort parked, with brake lights on, and saw a tall shadow walk in front of the lights, get in the car and it drove off. Nothing was taken or broken into, but we looked and his dog was NOT in our LOCKED garage, so it probably wouldn't get into anyone else's locked garages either. Be on the look out, be alert and stay safe.
