Thank you all for contributing to this year's Black Maternal Mental Health Week Campaign. Our Team put in much work behind the scenes in order to show up in the greatest way possible this past week. With that being said our Team needs to rest and recoup in order to best serve our clients and community and we must take care of ourselves by resting. Support Services, Phone Calls and Emails will resume August 3rd. Until then we are sending you all a Huge heartfelt THANK YOU!!!

As we close out Black Maternal Mental Health Week 2022 I'm reminded of how The Shades of Blue Project was born from this very photo. It's me sharing my story and my emotions that so often felt so invisible and not validated. Being seen and being heard is the biggest piece of the healing process that we all need in order to keep pushing. I so appreciate each and everyone you who helped to Amplify Black Maternal Mental Health Week this year and I ask that you keep pushing towards Making SHIFT Happen where you are and in the communities you serve. WE WILL WIN!! Stay connected by visiting www.shadesofblueproject.org

Who is conducting the study?
This study is a part of the We Can Do More (WCDM) initiative from The University of Texas Health Science Center (UTHealth) – School of Public Health. I am Crying Ugly Tears right now! These women continue to push me to a whole new level Today is all about celebrations. The day is not over we have great things to roll out tonight at our celebration I Cant Wait To Share!!! Oh How I Truly Love these Ladies❤❤
Hi guys,

I work with Positive Health Publications, Inc. and we have a new magazine that I would like to let you know about. It's titled Overcoming Addiction magazine. It’s digital - so it's internet-based. It's bi-monthly. The editorial focus is for those dealing with substance addiction and their families, friends and loved ones. It's also free.

As with our other magazines, our goal is to be positive, supportive and self-help oriented. Our intention is certainly not to replace professional counseling and healthcare but to work hand-in-hand to enhance the experience. We are not affiliated with any rehab, healthcare organization, insurance group, pharmaceutical company - and we don't have an agenda.

I hope you like it and if you do, please recommend that your clients and co-workers give it a read. If this is not ok to post please feel free to delete the post. Thank you!!

Please feel free to check it out at http://www.overcomingaddictionmagazine.com/current-issue/.
