The Harris County Home Repair program has funding available to qualified homeowners who live in Harris County. You must be 62 years old or older or have someone with a documented disability in the home at the time of application. Home repairs include roof/repair replacement, handicap accessibility improvement, mechanical, electrical, weatherization and plumbing as well as water or septic tank repair or replacement.
