The Pink Giraffe House

The Pink Giraffe House Drop-In Center for homeless youth ages 10-18 in Houston, Texas.

The Pink Giraffe House is a safe haven for young victims of abuse, neglect or abandonment who need protection from immediate danger at home and on the streets. Our Program For Homeless And Runaway Youth Include:

• The Drop-In center provides at risk and homeless teens a safe place to shower, get clothes, wash clothes, get a haircut, study, socialize and connect with supports.

• Closely supervi

sed case management services are provided.

• Mobility and Safety Supports include bicycles, bus passes and emergency use cell phones.

• Workforce development skills are taught to enable youth to compete in the job market.

• Intervention services are provided to meet Mental Health needs.

• Connection to education to increase future income earnings capability.

• Family reunification and stabilization services.
