Just finished my Junior Sailor of the Quarter Board!

Even though I've been in for 10 years, this will be the first time I've been recommended for any such award.

I'm honored and grateful for the opportunity.

"Is the money worth the hassle?"

How many times have you asked yourself this question?

And it is a daring question, for the answer is not hidden. Everyone around you knows the answer.

Sometimes you have to acknowledge that what you've achieved is not the path that will take you to your better self. Even if you're good at what you do, sometimes the path that you've undertaken might not be worth it.

Is it the end of your professional life? Of course not, there's always an opportunity to change your path.

That's why this career is the best. That's why there is no other organization like the
