NWFRW welcomed Jennifer Hohman to the June 8th general meeting today as the guest speaker. She brought truly insightful and powerful information to the club concerning human trafficking. As a passionate anti-trafficking advocate, she is the founder of four organizations: Fight for Us, Houston Area Against Trafficking (HAAT), The Houston 20, and the former Oil and Gas Trafficking Awareness Group/ OGTAG. Members, guests, elected officials, and candidates were all impressed by her work in promoting legislation to thwart this major societal concern.
NWFRW also presented the 2026 Priscilla Petty Scholarship recipient, Aubrie Austin, to the members and awarded her a check for $1,500. She graduated as valedictorian of Tomball Memorial High School and will be attending Texas A&M University in the fall. This is just one way that NWFRW continues to support the community along with the clubโs primary mission of getting Republicans elected to office.
There will be NO meeting and NO newsletter in July, as NWFRW breaks for summer. Plan to join us on Monday, August 10th, with the Republican candidate for CD 38, Jon Bonck, as the guest speaker. He will bring important information about his campaign and the mid-term election in November.
โWhen Republican women work together, we win!โ Come join us!
