Your friendly WIC clinics are open! We are here to serve you.
Please share.

03/18/2020

For the safety of your family and to protect our staff we are no longer allowing clients to wait in our clinics - you will be asked to wait in your car or outside the building.
You will be greeted at the receptionist window (or perhaps the front door) and given instructions.

For class appointments you will simply need to provide your WIC card, your new benefits will be loaded and you can leave.

For re-certification appointments you will need to provide your WIC card and Proof of Address. We will "virtually" complete the rest of your certification while you wait in your car. Staff will explain the process to you. Your new benefits will be loaded to your card and you can leave. We are trying to make this process take no longer that 15 minutes.

We ask for your patience while we learn this new creative way to provide services. We are here to ensure you do not miss your benefits.
If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reply to this post or message us.
Be safe, wash your hands, stay home and away from crowds. We can get through this if we work to protect each other.

To all of our WIC families: To help prevent any possible spread of the Coronavirus we will be asking a few questions at the clinic to screen all of our clients so we can provide medical care if they need it.

Also, we ask, if possible, that you do not bring any additional adults with you to the clinic. This will also help us in preventing any further spread.

Together we can all do our part to stop this illness. Please help us by sharing this information with anyone you might know who comes to any of the UT WIC clinics.
Thank you so very much!

I'm grasping at straws here. We have three foster children who are on WIC. I was using the MyTexasWic app before we got the the two new kids.I love this app but I can't figure out how to add the other children to it. I called the WIC office but they were of no help. Anyone have any ideas?
I would like to thank Diane Zuniga and team members for there help. I would recommend this facility. They were very helpful. Very attentive.
