🏈📣 Sports Physicals at TCMH Mountain Grove Clinic! 📣🏀

The TCMH Mountain Grove Clinic will offer sports physicals for area middle school and high school students on Wednesday, June 10, from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. and NO appointment necessary!

✅ Physicals are required for athletes, marching band, and cheerleaders in middle school through high school.

💲 Cost is just $5 per student-athlete (cash or check only).

📋 Students are encouraged to obtain a current MSHSAA physical form in advance so parents/guardians and participants can accurately complete and sign their portions before arriving. Forms are available through athletic coaches, online at MSHSAA, or at the clinic if a parent/guardian is present to sign.

⚠️ Athletes must bring:
✔️ A completed MSHSAA form signed by a parent/guardian
✔️ A signed permission to treat form

If students are not currently TCMH patients, a parent/guardian must attend with them or provide a signed permission to treat form.

We are excited to announce that Caroline Jenkins, RN in our Hospice department, is a 2026 DAISY Award nominee at TCMH earning two heartfelt nominations! 💙🌼

The DAISY Award recognizes nurses who demonstrate outstanding clinical skill, leadership, exceptional patient care, and deep compassion. ✨

Caroline was nominated by Mary Glotfelty, daughter of a TCMH Hospice patient, and Bonnie Pittman, family member of a TCMH Hospice patient, who shared these touching words:

💬 Mary shared: Caroline showed incredible grace and compassion while caring for my mom—and for me during my darkest time. She truly exemplified what a nurse should be. She made herself available 24/7 for questions, concerns, and even just to listen when I needed to talk. TCMH needs more nurses like Caroline.

💬 Bonnie shared: We cannot thank Caroline enough for all her help during this time. She even made two trips in one day. Everything was clearly explained, and she was consistently caring and compassionate. She spent time with our family, helped us understand what to expect, and supported us in every way we needed. Hospice care takes special nurses—and Caroline is one of them.

We are truly grateful to have Caroline on our Hospice Care team. Her kindness, compassion, and exceptional care make a meaningful difference for patients and families every single day especially during life’s most difficult moments. 💙

TCMH was proud to participate in the Intercounty Electric Health Fair last Friday! Our TCMH laboratory team, alongside student nurses from TCTC, provided phlebotomy services to members of our community.

We also offered complimentary blood pressure screenings and shared important education about stroke awareness and STEMI (ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction) to help promote heart health and early intervention.

Congratulations to Ashley Revelle and her daughter, McKinley, winners of our TCMH patriotic basket giveaway! 🎉

A big thank you to Intercounty Electric Cooperative Association for hosting this event for our community. We truly appreciate your commitment to supporting and strengthening our local communities! 💙

Heavenly Father,

We thank you for your love and care for us which is expressed so beautifully through the entire staff here at TCMH. Thank you for how you have gifted each one who works here and we ask your blessings to abide with them and their families. We thank you for your presence and ask for your healing to come to each person who comes through our doors.

We ask for your presence to always be with us and that your grace would abound to those who work here and for all of our patients. Send your angels concerning each of us as we cannot do what we do without your strength supporting us.
