We are proud to celebrate Lori Tooley, ARRT, (R), (CT), (M), (MR), in our radiology department, who has been nominated for the 2026 Elite Award.
The Elite Award recognizes employees, volunteers, and students who go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate our WE CARE values each and every day.
Lori was nominated by a TCMH patient who shared these kind words about her experience:
“Lori was considerate and caring. She tried to insert the IV, but my veins were extremely small and instead of continuing, she went to the emergency department for a nurse to complete the procedure. She explained thoroughly the CT procedure and the sensations and when the contrast was released. Lori stood by me to assure me that the uncomfortable feeling would not last. Thank you, Lori.”
Lori’s thoughtfulness, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile reflect the kind of compassionate care we strive to provide every patient, every day.
