On January 15, Covenant House Texas Associate Board and HYLA - Houston Young Lawyers Association hosted a great MLK Jr. Solidarity Walk to celebrate the life and legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. and bring awareness to the work we do for homeless youth in Houston.
We are thankful to these two organizations and to those in our community who came out to support Covenant House Texas, reflect on King's dream and continue to work to make his dream a reality.

Just like in November, on this night we challenge you to give up your bed and sleep outside to bring awareness to the increasing number of youth experiencing homelessness in our community.

Elder abuse can harm people we donât normally associate as victims.
