Hovland Arts Festival A semiannual event showcasing the artistry of Hovland, Minnesota area residents.

Featuring artists and musicians from the East end of the MN Arrowhead region -- the Hovland Arts Festival (HAF) is an outdoor/indoor summer arts festival celebrated for two days near the 4th of July and an indoor show celebrated on the Saturday folllowing Thanksgiving.
