🍎✏️ FIRST DAY OF CCC PRESCHOOL! ✏️🍎

Our three- and four-year-olds officially kicked off their preschool year today, and we had such a great first morning! ❤️

We started with circle time and the Pledge of Allegiance, then moved into painting with Q-tips while working on our “S” sound. We got our bodies moving with some fun movement and dances, ended our group time with positive affirmations, and then rotated through our learning centers!

After centers, we came back together to talk about our classroom expectations, what it means to be a kind friend, and how we can take care of ourselves, our friends, and our classroom. We finished our morning with a walk down the street for some recess and fresh air! ☀️

We are SO excited to see what this group of three- and four-year-olds brings to CCC Preschool this year! 🥰

A huge round of applause to Miss Mishelle and Miss Stephanie for the patience, guidance, encouragement, and love they give our kiddos as they learn and grow. We are so appreciative of everything you put into making preschool a positive and exciting experience for them.

Here’s to a wonderful preschool year full of learning, friendships, growth, and LOTS of fun! 📚🖍️❤️

Our Golf Tournament was a HUGE SUCCESS, and I truly don’t even know where to begin to thank everyone! ⛳️❤️

When I decided to take on putting this fundraiser together, I had no idea it would turn into something this big. I hoped for a great turnout and a successful day, but 49 golf teams, a packed raffle, and the amount of support we received from our community and surrounding towns completely exceeded anything I could have imagined.

And the number I still can’t believe…

🎉 After expenses, we raised $21,345.00 for Children’s Care Corner! 🎉

To every sponsor, golfer, donor, raffle-ticket buyer, volunteer, and community member — THANK YOU. I hope you all realize what you helped accomplish for our center and our kiddos. I am beyond grateful and honestly still blown away by the support.

I also need to give a HUGE standing ovation to Katy Hiltunen and Brianna Mae. 👏❤️ These two helped me organize and run this tournament from beginning to end, listened to and accepted all of my crazy ideas 😂, and put just as much — if not more — work into making this day happen. There is absolutely no way I could have pulled this off without the two of them beside me. They deserve so much credit for the success of this tournament, and I cannot thank them enough!

And to the amazing crew who showed up Sunday and helped us make the day actually happen:

I knew we had a pretty amazing community, but this absolutely proved it.

Seeing our community and surrounding towns come together the way you did was more than we ever could have imagined. We are incredibly grateful to every single person who helped make this day such a huge success. ❤️⛳️

📚 HAPPY FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL! ✏️

And just like that… parents everywhere have officially become full-time chauffeurs, personal assistants, activity coordinators, snack suppliers, AND professional finders of missing things. 😂

⚾ Sports practice
🎹 Piano lessons
🏫 School drop-off & pick-up
🛒 Running to the store because somehow ALL the socks disappeared
👟 “MOM, WHERE ARE MY SHOES?!”
🎒 “Did you grab your backpack?”
🧤 And before we know it… “I can’t find my hat OR my mittens!” 🤦‍♀️😂

WE’VE GOT SOMETHING FOR YOU, MOM & DAD!

One of our raffle prizes at Sunday’s CCC Golf Tournament is a SKYLIGHT CALENDAR 2! 🙌

Keep the whole family organized with appointments, practices, school activities, chores and schedules — and maybe, JUST MAYBE, teach these kiddos to put their backpacks, dirty socks and shoes where they actually belong. 😂👏

Our CCC school-age kiddos are showing it off because they know exactly who needs this prize… THEIR PARENTS. 🤣

⛳ You do NOT have to golf to participate in our raffles! Stop down Sunday, grab some raffle tickets and take your chance at bringing home a little organization for the school year!

Because we can’t promise it’ll make your kids stop losing their shoes… but it’s worth a shot. 😂📅💜

Our preschoolers have been busy decorating golf balls this week that were generously donated by Terry & Donna Klinkhammer for our golf tournament this SUNDAY! 🏌️‍♂️🏌️‍♀️

When you register, be sure to pick out a special “Good Luck Ball” decorated by one of our CCC kiddos to use out on the course!

We will be offering a putting game sponsored by Rusty's Food Store, throughout the day as well; attached are the rules!
