The Elk County Health Department will be offering the Type 2 Diabetes Prevention class starting March 3 from 900-1000am at the Moline Community Building. The class is intended for people who are at risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes. The class will meet every Tuesday morning. This is the second time we will be offering this class.

It’s that time of year again. Flu clinics are coming to an area near you!!!

Howard - Drive Through flu clinic at Elk County Courthouse on Tuesday October 7 from 8-11am.

Moline - Moline Community Center on Tuesday October 14 from 10-11am

Longton - Longton Senior Center on Tuesday October 14 from 1230-1pm

Grenola - Grenola Senior Center on Thursday October 23 from 11-1130am

Elk Falls - Elk Falls Senior Center on Thursday October 23 from 12-1230pm

Flu shots will be available at the Elk County Health Fair on Saturday October 18 from 8-1030am at the Flint Hills Assembly of God Church in Howard.

Flu vaccinations available by appointment at the Elk County Health Department at 809 E Elk Street in Howard.
