Elk County Treasurer’s Office is accepting applications for an office clerk. Qualified candidates MUST BE reliable, dependable & possess following skills: learn quickly with attention to detail, basic knowledge of cash receipting/disbursement functions, strong computer & customer service skills, & ability to adapt in high demand situations. Duties include answering phones, assisting customers, registering motor vehicles, collecting tax payments, processing driver’s licenses & balancing county funds daily. Must pass drug test & background check. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits. Interested candidates should submit a county employment application to Elk County Treasurer and may attach a resume if desired.
