John Muraski - Village of Howard President and his wife Linda stopped by Monday Market & Music at the Howard Commons Activity Complex last night to pick up their mural tiles. There's still time for you to join in and help create a lasting tribute to America's 250th anniversary!

A reminder that tile purchase and pickup starts tonight!

Help create the Patriot’s Flag Mural in honor of America’s 250th anniversary. 🇺🇸

Stop by Monday Market & Music from 5–8 p.m. at the Howard Commons Activity Complex to pick up your tile and become part of a permanent public art installation at the Howard Commons Amphitheater.

To celebrate America’s 250th anniversary, we're inviting the community to help create the Patriot's Flag Mural – a permanent art installation at the Howard Commons Amphitheater.

HOW IT WORKS
- Purchase and pick up your tile ($25) at Monday Market & Music at the Howard Commons Activity Complex (550 Commons Place) from 5–8 p.m. Tile pickup will be located by the check-in booth under the pavilion.
- Paint your tile at home using the paint provided.
- Return your completed tile to Monday Market & Music.
- Watch as the tiles come together to create the Patriot's Flag Mural on Sunday, Sept. 6 during our Labor Day Celebration.

Starting Monday, June 22. Deadline is Monday, July 27.

We're looking for volunteers to help monitor the race course on Sunday, June 28. No experience is needed – just a willingness to help make race day safe and successful for our athletes.

As a thank you, volunteers will receive:
👕 A volunteer t-shirt
🍺 One free beer from the Howard Commons Tap Trailer (or a soda if you prefer!)

Nonprofit groups are also encouraged to volunteer as a fundraiser opportunity ($10 per volunteer hour worked).
