Over the past several days our online store has been getting hit by computer Bots that are making fraudulent purchases, several thousand purchases. These purchases are being caught by our fraud filters that are in place however due to those filters many legitimate purchases are also being declined.

So if you have tried to purchase chances from about 8/21/26 to today 8/26/26, those purchases may have been declined. You might have also noticed that many items in our Raffle Shop were showing sold out but now might be showing those items are back in stock. This is because all the fraudulent purchases were on hold in our system and we have been manually cancelling all those fraudulent purchases which then returns those chances back to in stock.

You will also notice now that when you check out, there will be a Captcha process that you have to complete, this is to eliminate the Bots from being able to make the fraudulent purchases. THERE IS NO RISK TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. As some may have experienced, our fraud filters are very good and will decline a purchases due to the entered address not matching the card, etc.

We will continue to monitor the situation and hopefully orders will begin to be process without issue tomorrow at the latest. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
